Since then, working either individually or with colleagues from related fields, I have provided training, consultancy and facilitation throughout the UK for hundreds of practices and NHS organisations.
My work focuses on assisting with the development of primary health care teams and dealing with organisational problems in general practice. However, I also undertake assignments outside the NHS, particularly with partnerships such as veterinary surgeons.
I have two areas of special interest in general practice: stress and computing, and have conducted research in both of these.
